Dr. William Chang has been serving the vision needs of the San Gabriel Valley since 2008. Dr. Chang's expertise and compassion are the main reasons why people choose to have their vision care from him, and refer family and friends. As a newer private practice in the San Gabriel Valley, he prides himself in the superior use of the latest vision technology.

Dr. Chang is committed to ensuring he is always on the cutting edge of the latest technologies, and routinely attends intensive continuing education courses.

Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active and is a big Disneyland fan.  He is also a volunteer with the Pasadena’s Tournament of Roses.
