Dr. William Chang has been serving the vision needs of the San Gabriel Valley since 2008. Dr. Chang was born and raised in the SGV.  He earned his Doctorate of Optometry from Salus University at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, and his Bachelors of Science in Biology and Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of California at San Diego.

Dr. Chang's expertise and compassion are the main reasons why people choose to have their vision care from him, and refer family and friends. As a newer private practice in the San Gabriel Valley, he prides himself in the superior use of the latest vision technology.

Dr. Chang is committed to ensuring he is always on the cutting edge of the latest technologies, and routinely attends intensive continuing education courses.

Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active and enjoying his time with his wife and 2 Disney-loving toddlers.

Dr. Alice Lee was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. Thanks to a childhood love of reading, she grew up with annual visits to the eye doctor for glasses, then ortho-keratology contacts, and finally soft contact lenses. Dr. Lee graduated from University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry/Cellular Biology and a minor in Art History. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Tired of the winter weather on the East coast, Dr. Lee came back to San Gabriel to practice optometry for her hometown community.

Dr. Lee enjoys the challenges of specialty contact lenses and the many ways contacts and glasses can change your perspective on life.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lee loves to spend time with her husband, 2 Disney-loving toddlers and 1 highly anxious German shepherd/doberman mix.

Dr. Jay Kwok grew up in Orange County and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA.  He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry from Salus University of Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.

Dr. Kwok practices during the week at an ophthalmology practice in Orange County.  Beginning in 2016, Dr. Kwok began helping out at Eye Care Optometry on Saturdays, and since then has become an integral part of the eye care team.  Dr. Kwok is also committed to providing each patient with excellent care by addressing each individual's concerns.  During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
